摘要: Der „nonkonvulsive“ Status epilepticus (NKSE) stellt eine heterogene Gruppe von Erkrankungen mit unterschiedlicher Prognose und Therapie dar. NKSE machen etwa 25–50% aller epileptici aus. In der klinischen Praxis wird unter einem vor allem ein komplex-fokaler epilepticus, aber auch Absencenstatus, Aurastatus sowie „subtle status epilepticus“ zusammengefasst.
