摘要: Estrogenic endocrine-disrupting chemicals are an increasing social concern, as they can reduce the reproductive activity of wildlife. The present study aimed to clarify long-term effects estradiol-17β (E2) on male in goldfish. Sexually mature goldfish were implanted with a silicone capsule containing E2, and kept for 14 weeks or 15 weeks. these fish was individually traced. percentage tubercles opercula pectoral fins expressible milt started decrease at 5 weeks after implantation remained low levels. Inhibition spawning by E2 occurred later than inhibition development production. Thirty percent E2-treated showed no 15 weeks, whereas 70% active spawning. relationship between production revealed that some performed behavior because time lag suppression activity. Therefore, environmental estrogen does not simply cause non-spawning males, but also behaviorally infertile which leads failure egg fertilization, resulting substantial population size wild fish.
