摘要: It has been recognized that environmental conditions and events have the potential to undermine international stability. Although natural hazards are sometimes not considered in arena of ‘environmental security’, these issues some greatest impacts any threat. will be argued here human preparations (or lack thereof) for effects can transgress national boundaries far more readily than is commonly recognized. Systematic assessment disaster-causing processes first step towards policies reduce major hazards.
