摘要: Paracoccidioidomycosis (PCM) is a disease caused by fungi of the genus Paracoccidioides. The responsible for high rates premature deaths and socioeconomic repercussions. limitations antifungal agents against PCM have motivated search new compounds. In our ongoing exploration Cerrado plants as potential sources agents, we selected Copaifera langsdorffii oil (Copaiba resin oil) in order to explore its bioactive test formulation increase stability solubilization employing Pluronic F-127 obtain nanoemulsion oil. We aim at testing both Copaiba four species Paracoccidioides genus. performed cytotoxicity Balb/C3T3 cells, hemolytic activity interaction (CopaPlu) with such amphotericin B, co-trimoxazole, itraconazole. Moreover, was analyzed mass spectrometry identify chemical profile. Eventually, methodology prepare presented. CopaPlu inhibited sp. growth efficiently, no or effect observed minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). When combined showed an additive reduction MIC values. promising agent
