摘要: Cobalt-doped cadmium sulphide (CdS) nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized with three different cobalt concentrations by aqueous chemical coprecipitation method. Dopant incorporation was recognised using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis a shift in the peaks and compression lattice.
