摘要: Luminous efficacy (LE) and colour rendering index (CRI) of various simulated phosphor-converted warm white-light emitting diodes are calculated. Actual measured phosphor emission spectra employed for this task. The CRI Eu3+ activated red phosphors superior to Eu2+ nitride-based phosphors, however, suffers from low absorption strength in the blue spectral range. Tb3+ exhibits comparatively strong range can be used as a sensitizer Eu3+. A solid solution series (Tb1−xEux)2Mo3O12 (TM:Eu3+) powders ceramic discs is prepared by conventional state synthesis. Complete transfer achieved (Tb0.8Eu0.2)2Mo3O12 sample point realized upon 487 nm (Tb3+ 7F6 → 5D4) excitation with quantum efficiency 94%. Full conversion 380 LED improved 465 was employing TM:Eu3+ ceramics. position temperature related shift Stark sublevels determined temperature-dependent spectra. These also reveal excited thermally 7F1, 7F2 7F3 states. High-temperature measurements 350 800 K show T0.5 627 K. Decay exhibit clearly visible rise time. new method determine energy rates time curves developed. From mechanism higher degree confidence compared methods based on luminescence intensities.
