摘要: The aim of the present study was to determine whether dehydroleucodine, xanthatin and 3-benzyloxymethyl-5H-furan-2-one inhibit activation human leukemic LAD2 mast cells induced by compound 48/80 or calcium ionophore A23187. were preincubated in presence test drugs then challenged with secretagogues. This provides first evidence favor view that dehydroleucodine degranulation cells, thus acting as cell stabilizers. These molecules could be effective treatment diseases associated inappropriate activation.
