Avian Haematozoa: mortality and pathogenicity

摘要: A review of 5640 articles on avian blood parasites showed that 236 reported mortality or gross pathogenicity in birds, and 89% them were concerned with domesticated birds how to control the involved. Only 6% records zoological gardens; remainder referred wild birds.
