摘要: An efficient 'structure-property' catalyst Ag-CuO/SBA-15 for aerobic epoxidation of olefins was designed and prepared via a simple grinding method, which provided dynamic assembly driving force to push the precursors into channels step by step. Partial melting on precursor particles surface is necessary synthesizing catalysts. During thermal process, partial Cu(NO3)2 first adhered AgNO3 because N possess stronger interaction with than OH- SBA-15, then mixture were sucked SBA-15 Finally, high dispersion both Ag CuO nanoparticles formed in after calcination. The between CuO, characterized high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis x-ray powder diffraction, enhances catalytic activity catalysts, giving conversion selectivity epoxides. reaction mechanism as follows, solvent xylene molecule oxidized form methyl-benzaldehyde (R1), moved peroxidic radical (R2), attacked trans-stilbene C=C bonds obtain This synergistic effect shows toward trans-stilbene.
