摘要: The idea of growing in cities has been around for centuries, from the World War 2 ‘victory gardens’ to allotments, community gardens and even more recent ‘vertical farming’, practise comes many different forms. This chapter explores cultivating urban, before delving into policies strategies which support Urban Agriculture (UA), analysing various methods employed by governments organisations encourage food cities. reviews forms UA, reflecting on academic other studies have explored impact this activity.
