摘要: Abstract High-resolution 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectra at 145.7 MHz are reported for intact Ehrlich ascites tumor cells and their perchloric acid extracts. In the extracts it was possible to assign resonances fructose 1,6-bisphosphates, dihydroxyacetone phosphate, ATP, ADP, AMP, Pi, NAD+, phosphorylcholine, glycero-3-phosphorylcholine, glycero-3-phosphorylethanolamine, glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate from chemical shifts, pH behavior, spin couplings. All but were observed assigned in cells. It show that hydrolysis of 1,6-bisphosphate phosphate is equilibrium, leads reaction not, cell without added oxygen or glucose 2ADP equilibrium ATP + AMP equilibrium. From known dependence Pi during aerobic anerobic glycolysis difference between intracellular extracellular values less than 0.2 units. Upon oxygenation concentration increased while ADP fell. Introducing deoxyglucose depleted resulted an signal one 6-phosphate, which transported phosphorylated not catabolized.
