摘要: Abstract We investigated the effects of rhein, an active metabolite diacerein, on interleukin-1α-stimulated production nitric oxide (NO) in rabbit articular chondrocytes, and diacerein NO rat adjuvant-induced arthritis. At doses 10 30 μM, rhein significantly inhibited chondrocytes. In arthritis model, was administered for 21 days, starting at time adjuvant injection.
