摘要: This article highlights women in predominantly male vocations and how the challenges they face impact them professions are bravely transforming. Our focus group study deals with 13 newly graduated engineers working at a research institute Malaysia, who viewed their roles from perspective of workplace virtues, office philosophy, job environment. As immersed traditional culture, attempt to comprehend have been consigned play, that can conflict ambitions. Though might never march on streets for feminist cause, nonetheless feminists because every day, dogged persistence, confront barriers change them, little by little.
