摘要: Large flow-aligned samples of the hexagonal mesophase (sodium dodecylsulfate, pentanol, water) ternary system were produced by merely sucking material into flat glass capillaries. These examined polarized light microscopy and X-ray scattering. In plane lattice, “\(\)-mosaic” is only \(\) because dense (10) planes lie parallel to plates contrast, C6 axis reaches 5-10\(\) undergo a thermomechanical instability columns already investigated Oswald et al. in detail on (C12EO6, H2O) system. Anisotropic thermal diffuse scattering observed around Bragg peaks its description frame an elastic continuum model provides estimates constants. On heating samples, we clear splitting four lattice reflections. This defining signature which form zig-zags. The fact that two reflections are not affected demonstrates it confined capillary. influence temperature was also studied detail.
