摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: Peripheral nerve sheath tumors (PNSTs) are an assorted group of neoplasms originating from the neuroectoderm and growing in peripheral nerves. Malignant transformation leads to a poor prognosis is often lethal. The current treatment PNSTs predominantly surgical, which incomplete or accompanied by significant loss function, conjunction with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy, for benefits inconclusive. Oncolytic viruses (OVs) efficiently kill tumor cells while remaining safe normal tissues, novel antitumor therapy patients PNSTs.Areas covered: Because low efficacy treatments, new therapies needed.
