摘要: We investigated the low dose dependency of transcriptional response human cells to characterize shape and biological functions associated with dose-response curve identify common conserved expressed genes across tissues. Human lymphoblastoid (HL) from two unrelated individuals were exposed graded doses radiation spanning range 1-10cGy analyzed by transcriptome profiling, qPCR bioinformatics, in comparison sham irradiated samples. A set ∼80 showed consistent responses both cell lines; these homeostasis mechanisms (e.g., membrane signaling, molecule transport), subcellular locations Golgi, endoplasmic reticulum), involved diverse signal transduction pathways. The majority radiation-modulated had plateau-like 1-10cGy, some suggestive evidence that transcription was modulated at below 1cGy. MYC, FOS TP53 major network nodes low-dose-response HL cells. Comparison our expression findings those prior studies mouse brain after whole body exposure, keratinocyte cultures, endothelial indicates certain components are broadly types tissues, independent proliferation status.
