摘要: A mathematical model for bacterial growth, survival and death has been developed. This equation applied to a large set of data obtained withYersinia enterocolitica produce predictive model. Favorable comparisons were between predictions from the model, primarily as estimates population size affected by local conditions, an experiment with inoculated food.
