Dynamics of Charge-Density Waves Pinned by Impurities

摘要: The model of Fukuyama and Lee for the pinning charge-density-wave phase by impurities is investigated. current-current correlation function, related to force-force function equation motion, calculated fourth order in impurity concentration ${n}_{0}$. It found that threshold electric field proportional ${{n}_{0}}^{2}$, above threshold, resulting current periodic time, exhibiting many harmonics.
