Effect of Emblica officianalis and Spirulina platensis on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in rabbits

摘要: The effect of Emblica officianalis and Spirulina platensis was studied in New Zealand White rabbits. Weaned rabbits both sex were allocated to three different feeding treatments via T1 (Control), T2 (supplemented with 2% officianalis) T3 5% Sprulina platensis) addition ad lib. berseem fodder. concentrate diets formulated iso-nitrogenous iso-caloric. final body weight, weight gain average daily all the groups followed same trend. While, found have better FCR than supplemented treatments, there no significant changes serum biochemical indices, only globulin value significantly (P<0.05) lower (2.41 vs. 3.55, 3.10 g/dl) albumin higher (4.52 3.27, 3.56 fed spirulina as compared non diets. Amla supplementation had on biochemistry indices.
