Samples screened mutation KRAS (codons 12/13, 61, 146), BRAF (codon 600 exon 11), PIK3CA (exons 1, 9, 20), TP53 5–8), microsatellite instability, using quick multiplex consensus or standard polymerase chain reaction (PCR) protocols followed by high-resolution melting analysis. A total 570 PCR tests performed detection, identical results obtained both 569 (>99% concordance). Four (13%) showed and, all four cases, instability seen at mononucleotide markers matched specimens. Conclusions:  This first show that specimens, even though they are tiny sample tumour, sufficiently use early driver mutations cancer.
