摘要: Peripheral nerves regenerate following injury due to the effective activation of intrinsic growth capacity neurons and formation a permissive pathway for outgrowth Wallerian degeneration (WD). WD subsequent regeneration are significantly influenced by various immune cells cytokines they secrete. Although macrophages have long been known play vital role in degenerative process, recent work has pointed their importance influencing regenerative peripheral neurons. In this review, we focus on cells, cytokines, chemokines that make possible nervous system, with specific attention placed process.
