摘要: Abstract An essential step in the development of microfluidic-biochips is represented by assembly process. Among thermal bonding processes used for such devices laser transmission welding polymers offers several advantages, especially when it comes about local deposition energy and minimum distortion joining components. The research presented this paper proposes a new approach developed packaging disposable polymeric microfluidic-biochips. based on use fibre tailored method was tested sealing biochips made from plexiglas polypropylene with covering foil. This combines characteristics polymer contour quasi-simultaneous allows achievement contamination-free, high quality weld seams as narrow 100 μm dynamic making suitable volume production also.
