摘要: This long-term cephalometric study aimed to evaluate the craniofacial development of patients with a complete unilateral cleft lip and palate treated two-stage palatal closure, including delayed closure hard palate. Prediction models for outcome at age 18 years were developed help values 9 12 years. The objective need surgery was predicted from 9. Cephalograms 43 consecutive analysed 9, patient group showed retrusive growth pattern maxilla mandible, rather vertical lower face. Using multiple linear regression, most variables, 40-80% early adulthood could be explained by ages years, gender, or only gender. Several variables (s-n-ss, s-n-pg, sss-ns-sms, sss-ns-pgs) found significant predictors 18. correctly 85% investigated group.
