摘要: Abstract Decidual tissue, which includes typical (stromal type) decidual cells as well infiltrating leukocytes, appears to play a local immunoregulatory role in the maintenance of pregnancy nature. The present study evaluated contribution numerous leukocyte subsets characterized on basis morphology combined with cell surface markers development murine decidua during syngeneic (CBA ♀ × CBA ♂) and allogeneic C57BL/6 pregnancy. Collagenase dispersed were subjected total differential counts labeling for radioautographic identification various markers: S-IgM B cells, Thy-1 T neither marker null lymphocytes, Lyt- (1 or 2 1,2) antigens subsets, Mac-1 I-A macrophages, using 125 I-labeled monoclonal antibodies sandwich I-protein A. cellularity basalis showed biphasic rise both pregnancies, peaks day 11 days 15 16, but allopregnant higher accumulation all types indicating that an conceptus causes augmented deciduogenesis. number most frequent class, rose peak followed by decline possibly due death. next parallel pattern initially, sharp secondary 16. This may be withdrawal progesterone, antiinflammatory hormone. Null predominated amongst lymphocytes (45–80%), progestational endometrium (53%), hormonal control their accumulation. frequency was low (10–13%) (25–45%) comparable blood, Lyt-1 only class being common subset. Allopregnant also late Lyt-2 have suppressor function. Macrophages, expressed Mac-1. Their plateau 12, at level allopregnancy. (needed antigen presentation) increasing proportion (5–60%) macrophages advancing gestation. These findings provide further functional studies.
