摘要: Abstract Energy performance certificates are considered to be tools for knowledge and energy planning in the residential sector. Although describe primary consumption associated emissions of a home or building, they do not consider influence building automation control systems (BACS) technical management (TBM) on these parameters. The European Standard EN 15232 remedies this shortcoming evaluates savings reduction CO 2 that can achieved by systems. This study investigates registered Autonomous Community La Rioja considers policy changes Technical Building Code (Codigo Tecnico de la Edificacion) and, specifically, Basic Document Saving (Documento Basico Ahorro Energia) (CTE-DB-HE). Due regulatory change, we corrected outlined different scenarios based implementation study. These show potential distribution improvements ratings obtained.
