摘要: The purpose of this exploratory study was to compare three experts and novices in a Web-based problem solving context. task search evaluate Web sources for writing research paper on topic (inquiry based instruction, or IBI) that unfamiliar the users. following questions guided study: (1) What type navigational strategies do employ information Web?; (2) are novices' experts' attitudes feelings during search?; (3) metacognitive use search? Lessons learned from studying novice expert users have significant instructional implications educators designers. Study emphasized searching is complex phenomenon requires developing Personal Information Structure.
