摘要: A method using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) followed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis has been developed to gain insight into the degradation of chemical warfare agent sulfur mustard in solution. Specifically, described approach simplifies sample preparation for GC/MS provide a rapid determination changes abundance. These results were found be consistent with those obtained liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) GC/MS. The utility was further demonstrated investigation process complex matrix surfactant added assist solvation mustard. more reduction abundance observed HS-SPME present and similar from LLE experiments. Significantly, this study demonstrates that can simplify monitor solution rapidly, less solvent reagent usage than LLE.
