Rapid microwave assisted derivatization of nitrofuran metabolites for analysis in shrimp by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector

摘要: Abstract A sensitive analytical method was proposed based on high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection coupled microwave-assisted derivatization for the quantitative analysis of nitrofurans metabolites in shrimp samples. novel reagent, 4-(acridone-10-yl)benzaldehyde, synthesized and applied to several common (semicarbazide, 1-aminohydantoin, 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, 3-amino-morpholinomethyl-2-oxazolidinone). The influences microwave power, irradiation time temperature efficiency were investigated using Box-Behnken design. Moreover, can obtain higher yields a shorter period time. Under optimized conditions, achieved within 7.2 min. Lower limits obtained ranging from 0.20 0.28 μg/kg all compounds. Satisfactory recoveries 90.5 103.6%. developed successfully determination four shrimp. Furthermore, this should offer great potential foodstuffs.
