摘要: The operational knowledge of skilled technicians gained from years experience is invaluable for an enterprise. Possession such will facilitate enterprise sharing technician’s know-how and training new employees effectively. However, until now there rare efficient quantitative method to obtain this kind tacit knowledge. In paper we propose a concept engineering-oriented empirical (OEK) describe design framework acquire OEK operations. integrates motion analysis, elicitation, intent analysis. modular arrangement predetermined time standards (MODAPTS) used divide the process into basic elements; variable precision rough set (VPRS) algorithm extract content, which combined with elicited via interview; completed obtained. At end our study, engineering case validate feasibility proposed method, shows that satisfactory results have been reached study.
