摘要: Effects of size and charge asymmetry between oppositely charged ions or particles on spatial inhomogeneities are studied for a large range ratios. We perform stability analysis the primitive model ionic systems with respect to periodic ordering using collective variables-based theory. extend previous studies [Ciach et al., Phys. Rev. E 75, 051505 (2007)] in several ways. First, we employ nonlocal approximation reference hard-sphere fluid which leads Percus-Yevick pair direct correlation functions uniform case. Second, use Weeks-Chandler-Anderson regularization scheme Coulomb potential inside hard core. determine relevant order parameter connected analyze character dominant fluctuations along λ lines. show that above-mentioned modifications produce quantitative partly qualitative changes phase diagrams obtained previously. discuss possible scenarios whole ratios two species, covering electrolytes, liquids, globular proteins nanoparticles aqueous solutions, charge-stabilized colloids.
