摘要: INTRODUCTION Tobacco advertising is widespread in urban areas with racial/ethnic minority and low-income households that participate nutrition assistance programs. sales are linked to smoking behavior, which may complicate matters for families struggling disparate health risks relating chronic disease. We investigated the relationship between amount type of tobacco advertisements on outlets outlet location. METHODS By using field visits online images, we inspected all licensed retail Philadelphia (N = 4,639). Point pattern analyses were used identify significant clustering exterior advertisements. Logistic regression was analyze outlet's acceptance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Special Women, Infants, Children (WIC) presence RESULTS significantly clustered several high-poverty areas. Controlling income composition land use, SNAP WIC vendors more likely have (SNAP odds ratio [OR], 2.11; OR, 1.59) interior 3.43; 1.69) than other types outlets. CONCLUSION at outlets, particularly neighborhoods. Policy makers be able mitigate effects this exposure through licensing, local sign control rules, authorization.
