摘要: Objective To analyze the adherence to antihypertensive drugs in Chinese patients with hypertension and factors associated drug adherence. Methods The data for this analysis were obtained from 2014 China Health Insurance Association (CHIRA) database. study included 64,576 aged ≥18 years who prescribed one of seven their first prescription observed ≥180 days. medicine possession ratio (MPR) was calculated taken as measure treatment MPR values <0.3, 0.3 <0.5, 0.5 <0.8, ≥0.8 considered very low, intermediate, high, respectively. Descriptive statistics used present baseline rate. Multiple regression models determine independent which can affect P-value <0.05 significant. Results Among drugs, amlodipine (33.98%), metoprolol (25.04%), nifedipine (17.15%) frequently drugs. Nifedipine controlled release tablet had highest (0.61), followed by valsartan (0.53), valsartan/amlodipine fixed-dose combination (0.50), indapamide (0.40), (0.39), whereas benazepril (0.27) (0.19) lowest MPR. Higher reimbursement ratio, regular tertiary hospitals visits, lower age, daily medical cost positively affected adherence, longer duration illness higher average negatively. Conclusion Our assessed that prescribing more cost-effective, long-acting raising a better hypertension.
