摘要: Summary - Some enzymes and plant constituents mobilized in the development of hypersensitive reactions were localized healthy infected roots rwo plants fully resistant to Meloidogyne naasi (the grass Aegilops variabilis, wild barley Hordeum chilense), as weil from susceptible wheat (Triticum aeslivum cv. Chinese Spring vulgare Doublet). Soon after infection, showed induced due increased peroxidase activity production free radicals. Acid phosphatase necrotic sites was detected disruption lyric vacuoles. Callose early A. whereas Iignin accumulated H. chilense. ln both cases, phenol oxidation an response nematodes, suberization found later cells contacting endodermis. The role these substances resistance graminaceous hosts is discussed.
