摘要: The vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) and (UV) emissions of gaseous mixtures argon with a small amount nitrogen were investigated in the afterglow pulsed transverse discharge. time dependences intensity VUV continuum at 126.0 nm, UV molecular band 337.0 atomic lines 149.47 174.52 nm analysed total pressure range 150–600 hPa 0.125–1.5 admixture concentrations. results show that all these have common source excitation energy, namely metastable 3P2 state argon. However, also receives energy from 3P1 excited Ar2* (1u) molecules.
