摘要: The present analysis is concerned with flow reversal phenomena and heat transfer characteristics of the fully developed laminar combined free forced convection in heated vertical channels. Three fundamental combinations thermal boundary conditions on respective wall surface (namely isoflux-isoflux, isofluxisothermal, isothermal-isothermal) are considered separately so as to investigate extensively their distinct influence pattern. Results velocity distribution temperature well Nusselt number terms bulk mean carried out. Based analytical solutions obtained, adjacent relatively colder found exist within channel Re/Gr below than a threshold value, which related conditions. Parameter zones for occurrence reversed presented. Comparisons verification made using existing numerical at locations far downstream developing flow.
