Regulation of pesticide discharge into surface and groundwater under uncertainty: A model for environmental risk‐profitability tradeoffs and policy selection

摘要: The presence of contaminants in environmental media as well the desire to maintain a high level economic activity has led an important and difficult decision‐making problem for both public policy decision makers general public. In one sense, all interested parties are likely be concerned about potential health risks posed by need design/implement policies their mitigation and/or removal. At same time, however, there also appear concerns cost these policies. These costs could measured terms losses that occur when is adopted.
