摘要: The diesel-degrading strains, designated as MJ01 and MJ4, were isolated from oil-contaminated soil in Daejeon (South Korea) taxonomically characterized using a polyphasic approach their diesel oil degradation abilities analyzed. isolates MJ4 identified Acinetobacter haemolyticus johnsonii, respectively, based on 16S rDNA gene sequences, DNA-DNA relatedness, fatty acid profiles various physiological characteristics. Strains able to use the sole carbon energy source. Both strains could degrade over 90% of with an initial concentration 20,000 mg/l after incubation for 7 days, most significant occurred during first 3 days. To our knowledge, this is report oil-degrading microorganisms among bacterial belonging A. johnsonii.
