摘要: AbstractTo determine the incidence and effects of low bladder compliance on upper urinary tracts in spinal cord injury patients, we evaluated last 254 patients during a 3-year period who underwent complete urodynamic study, along with an excretory urogram and/or renal ultrasound. Compliance was determined at 100cc volume. A number 20 or less considered low. Of 43 (17 per cent) had compliant bladders by our definition. Hydronephrosis present 56 84 units (64 reflux 39 (46 cent).
