摘要: This original empirical research was conducted to explore the relationship between business strategies and innovation implementation by project-based firms. The relative importance of five types assessed, concerning: (1) employees, (2) marketing, (3) technology, (4) knowledge (5) relationships. Analysis based on a major survey Australian construction industry, as an example industry. Marketing were found be least important outcomes, across strategy types. individual having greatest impact involved investing in R&D participating partnering alliances projects ensuring project learnings are transferred into continuous processes monitoring international best practice recruiting new graduates.
