摘要: A dynamic directional input distance function is proposed within the adjustment-cost model of firm, generalizing developed by Chambers, Chung and Fare (1996) in static context. Duality established between optimal current value intertemporal cost minimization problem. Dynamic efficiency measures are generated from duality. These indicate firm’s degree at a point along its adjustment path. The illustrated on panel data Dutch glasshouse horticulture firms using nonparametric approach. Keywords Phrases: technology, function, duality, efficiency.
