摘要: A superhydrophobic Cu–Zn coating was fabricated on a steel surface by facile one-step electrodeposition, without being chemically modified low energy material. It noted that three-level hierarchical structures, just like the morphology of lotus leaf, were formed via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. The water contact angle prepared 153.40°, and sliding less than 10°. From aspect chemical composition, it characterized to confirm oxidation Cu Zn, oxygen adsorption reasons for superhydrophobicity. In terms morphology, based classical Wenzel Cassie models, an idealized three-dimensional (3D) model demonstrate rationality superhydrophobicity modification. Moreover, this had stable superhydrophobicity, excellent self-cleaning properties, stability.
