摘要: A system and method for providing a requested computing service, wherein contract describes conditions of the guarantor accepts guarantees to provide service with given conditions, uses second resource first fulfilling contract, provides capacity according stochastic process that is not controlled by whereby guaranteeing fulfillment if could be fulfilled using solely resource.
