摘要: This short report assesses the predictors of subjective health and happiness among a cohort refugee youth over their first eight years in Australia. Five waves data collection were conducted between 2004 (n = 120) 2012-13 (n = 51) using mixed methods. Previous schooling, self-esteem, moving house previous year, supportive social environment, stronger ethnic identity perceived discrimination significant wellbeing after adjusting for demographic pre-migration factors. When compared with analysis this three settlement, experiences exclusion still have impact on arriving study contributes to mounting evidence support policies that discourage promote inclusion cultural diversity which underpin resettled youth.
