摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing ceramics based on lanthanum-doped barium titanate, which comprises the following steps: (a) flash sintering titanate powders; and (b) heat treatment material thus obtained, in an air atmosphere or oxidising atmosphere. also possessing very high real part relative dielectric permittivity, their use for obtaining capacitors capacitance per unit volume high-voltage withstand capability.
