摘要: A process for the production of surface-active alkyl glycosides which is carried out by transacetalization method with butanol, leads to a new glycoside as end product characterized high color-stability in alkaline medium; besides proportion monoglycoside, also contains polyglycoside on polyglycose and butyl glucoside.
