TVT-secur: a minimally invasive procedure for the treatment of primary stress urinary incontinence. One year data from a multi-centre prospective trial.

摘要: The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and morbidity new minimally invasive TVT-secur procedure. This was a prospective multi-centre trial. All patients with primary urodynamic stress urinary incontinence were prospectively selected receive International Consultation on Incontinence—Short Form (ICIQ-SF), Women Irritative Prostate Symptoms Score (W-IPSS), Patient Global Impression Severity (PGI-S) Improvement (PGI-I) questionnaires used impact voiding dysfunction quality life (QoL) measure patient’s perception severity improvement. SPSS software for data analysis. From November 2006 September 2007, 95 consecutive enrolled in study. At 1 year, 91 available subjective cure rates 78% 81%, respectively. ICIQ-SF W-IPSS symptoms score showed statistically significant decrease. Post-operative complications included difficulty, recurrent UTI, de novo urgency dyspareunia. Our show that associated an 80% success rate at year.
