摘要: The application of the molecular imprinting technology in design new drug delivery systems (DDS) and devices useful closely related fields, such as diagnostic sensors or biological traps, is receiving increasing attention. Molecular can provide polymeric materials with ability to recognize specific bioactive molecules a sorption/release behaviour that be made sensitive properties surrounding medium. In this review, an introduction presenting different approaches preparing selective polymers formats given, key factors involved obtaining imprinted binding sites for pharmaceutical applications are analysed. Examples DDS based on molecularly (MIPs) found three main developed control moment at which should begin and/or release rate; i.e., rate-programmed, activation-modulated feedback-regulated delivery. This review seeks highlight most remarkable advantages technique development efficient well point out some possibilities adapting synthesis procedures create compatible both relative instable molecules, especially peptide nature, physiological tissues MIP-based would enter into contact when administered. prospects future also
