Manageable predictors of park visitor satisfaction: maintenance and personnel.

摘要: A study during four consecutive seasons of visitors to 25 Florida’s State Parks was undertaken determine manageable correlates, or predictors, visitor satisfaction. Visitors (n=8608) responded on a fivepoint Likert scale 23 predictor items grouped into five categories. Item correlations revealed numerous strong predictors. Multiple regression analyses that 34% satisfaction variance predicted by ratings in just two categories items: park maintenance and personnel. Park managers who concentrate their efforts these demonstrably important features the experience— assuring cleanliness training employees behaviors —should produce measurable documentable increases The authors suggest cooperative planning good communication between university researchers can greatly improve quality usefulness research.
