摘要: Calcific deposits located within the tendons of rotator cuff are frequently seen in patients presenting with shoulder pain. The pathogenesis calcific tendinitis and optimum management acute symptoms unclear. This paper reviews incidence, proposed etiologies, a unique treatment approach tendinitis. A case report patient subsequent motion strength deficits is presented. rational evaluation plan outlined, which includes posttreatment changes, radiographic findings discussed. team- by physical therapy orthopaedics services emphasized.
