摘要: Bariatric surgery (BS) is the most effective treatment for obesity and has a positive impact on cardiometabolic risk in remission of type 2 diabetes. Following BS, majority fat mass lost from subcutaneous adipose tissue depot (SAT). However, changes this functions as well its relative contribution to beneficial effects are still controversial. With aim studying altered proteins molecular pathways abdominal SAT (aSAT) after body weight normalization induced by we carried out proteomic approach sequential window acquisition all theoretical spectra (SWATH-MS) analysis. These results were complemented Western blot, electron microscopy RT-qPCR. working tools mentioned, confirmed that up-regulated associated with metabolism, citric acid cycle respiratory transport, triglyceride catabolism formation ATP, pyruvate glycolysis/gluconeogenesis thermogenesis among others. In contrast, decreased values part biological related immune system. We also caused significant decrease mitochondrial density coverage, which was corrected BS. Together, these findings reveal specific mechanisms, genes improve function BS characterized lower inflammation, increased glucose uptake, higher insulin sensitivity, de novo lipogenesis, adipocyte size.
